The beauty built around 1955 was equipped with a jumping second. Since this model was produced only in a small series, the parts are now almost impossible to find – making this timepiece a true rarity.

Today, a jumping second is often associated with a simple quartz watch. Back then, however, the aim was to achieve a precise second jump, which led the company Chézard to develop the calibre 7400.
